El instrumento utilizado para la recolección de datos fue el test de Funciones Básicas del MINEDUC que abarca 5 áreas de aprendizaje. El proyecto, enmarcado en una investigación cuali-cuantitativa, con diseño no experimental y de tipo de muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia, se trabajó con 67 niños de edades entre 5 a 6 años. Por ello, se creó el curso “Mentes Brillantes” con el objetivo de analizar la influencia de la programación infantil mediante la aplicación móvil “Bit by bit” para optimizar el desarrollo de las relaciones lógico-matemáticas en niños de preparatoria.

Therefore, it was decided to create a prototype of a mobileapplication with memory games, riddles, reminders and differenttypes of physical activities to perform during the day. In Peru, more than 200thousand adults over 60 years of age suffer from this diseaseand many others who still do not know it or are in its initialstage. The research work focuses on people with dementiaof the Alzheimer’s type, since, among the types of dementia,this is the most common worldwide. Moreover, the participants suggested that other older adults could use our proposal to receive reminders easily and ubiquitously trying to prevent them from forgetting what they should/need/must do. The results showed that the proposed idea was well received by the participants. The developed prototype, using mobile devices, has been evaluated applying case study research. As a first attempt, the current proposal consists of using a photo frame to provide these reminders.
Therefore, we propose the use of common and ordinary objects to provide reminders that will allow preventing the forgetfulness of carrying out daily activities.

Forgetting activities is a common problem in various older adults. Over the years people tend to forget activities that take place every day, and particularly those ones that they do not carried out frequently.
