(Note that I don't love the Rebel v2 like many others do and Kinvara is my go to trainer, but I can't comment on whether it promotes a midfoot strike because it's a bit difficult for me to tell with it. For me, the Rebel v2, Hyperion Tempo, and Kinvara 12 helped my gait feel more natural again. I went through a phase where I ran a lot in exclusively rockered shoes and my big toe became stiff and weak. Hyperion Tempo feels good landing midfoot for me and the lack of toe spring involves my big toes plenty. Rebel v2 feel the most bouncy and soft when landing midfoot for me and the geometry encourages active toe off. Of these, I'd give the Cliftons a try, but there may be better options. Have not tried the other two, but I suspect the Cloud Monster may be stiff? The Pegasus could work. These feel like a squish and roll type of ride. For athletes looking for a performance advantage on every run, the ENDORPHIN SPEED makes running fast feel. The runner is characterised by its light. If you want a more active toe off, I'd probably lean away from inflexible soles with a prominent rocker.Ĭlifton: Landing is similar to the Mach, but toe off demand is higher for me due to the softer and more flexible platform. Item : 333427039 Getting faster made easier. The Saucony Endorphin Speed for men and women works best for neutral runners who roll over the forefoot and midfoot. The stiffness of the platform coupled with the rocker really rolls me off my toes. The flexibility and mildness of the rocker do necessitate some big toe involvement for me though. The toe off demand isn't great because the shoe will normally just bounce up before I do. I feel the most cushion and bounce when I do.

Invincible: Really rewards midfoot striking.

No idea about your problem, but I can comment on how 3 of these shoes like to land for me as well as toe off requirements.
